Wir sind Paulo (37), Psychologe aus Brasilien. und Manu (31) aus Berlin. Außerdem wohnt hier Oli, ein etwa acht Monate altes Kätzchen. Wir suchen eine Person, die am besten auch arbeitet wie wir, oder die zumindest einen Arbeitsrhythmus verfolgt. Ansonsten wollen wir einfach eine Person, die einigermaßen die WG Basics erfüllt, d.h. sauber und ruhig ist, mit der Katze klar kommt und respektvoll mit dem Wohnraum umgeht.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig da zum Innenhof gelegen und ca. 16 Quadrameter groß.
Wir hoffen wir konnten dir einen kleinen Eindruck von uns verschaffen und würden uns sehr freuen dich bald auf ein Pläuschchen kennenzulernen!
Das Zimmer wird erst mal bis Anfang Juni frei mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Hello,
we have a 20 square meter room available in our 3-person shared flat. We are Paulo (37), a psychologist from Brazil, and Manu (31) from Berlin. Oli, an eight-month-old kitten, also lives here. We are looking for someone who works like us, or who at least has a work schedule. Otherwise, we just want someone who meets the basics of a shared flat to some extent, i.e. is clean and quiet, gets on with the cat and is respectful of the living space.
The room faces south towards Turmstraße, i.e. it is very bright and large and is about 20 square meters in size. We are a non-smoking flat share.
We are looking for one person until the beginning of May, with an option to extend.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Moabit, einem sehr zentralen Viertel Berlins. nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Spree ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das pulsierende Moabiter Leben liegt uns zu Füßen: vor der Tür gibt es jede Menge Trubel viele Imbisse, Restaurants, Falafel-Läden, türkische Supermärkte, REWE, Spätis etc.

It´s located in Moabit, a very central districtin Berlin not far from the central station. The river Spree is only 5 minutes walking away. The vibrant Moabit life is at our feet: there is all kinds of hustle and bustle on the doorstep, many snack bars, restaurants, falafel shops, Turkish supermarkets, REWE, Spätis etc.
Die Wohngemeinschaft besteht aus Paulo 36 Jahre alt aus Brasilien, und Manu , 31 Jahre aus Berlin. Wir verfolgen beide unsere eigenen Leben, Jobs und Rhythmen. Abends ist es ruhig und tagsüber sind wir viel unterwegs. Deshalb ist uns wichtig, dass der Ort einen guten Rückzugsort darstellt, an wir uns alle gut erholen können und uns wohl fühlen. Da es sich um ein altes Gebäude handelt, die recht hellhörig ist. Deshalb sollte man obschon der unabhängigen Rhythmen schon auch gut miteinander auskommen und ab und zu mal zu einem Plausch zu haben sein und sich nicht nur im Zimmer verkriechen. Ausserm sollte man ein Katzen-Mensch sein bzw gut mit unserem vorhandenen Vierbeiner klarkommen.

The shared flat consists of Paulo, 36 years old from Brazil, and Manu, 31 years old from Berlin. We both have our own lives, jobs and rhythms. It's quiet in the evenings and we're out a lot during the day. That's why it's important to us that the place is a good recovery area where we can all relax and feel comfortable. As it is an old building, it is quite noisy. That's why, despite the independent rhythms, you should get on well together and be available for a chat from time to time and not just hide away in your room. You should also be a cat person or get on well with our existing four-legged friend.
