Ich vermiete mein gemütliches 16m² großes Zimmer für den Monat Dezember unter, da ich ausziehe und noch die letzte Monatsmiete zahlen muss. Die Vermieterin ist über die Untervermietung informiert und hat zugestimmt.
Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, mit einem großen sonnigen Fenster. Es ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Spiegel und Kleiderschrank – ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wird mit vier sympathischen Mitbewohner
geteilt. Sie verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (ein kleines und ein großes mit Dusche und Badewanne), eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Esstisch und Stühlen, perfekt zum Essen oder Zusammenkommen.

I’m subletting my cozy 16m² room for the month of December as I’m moving out and still have the final month’s rent to cover. This arrangement has already been approved by the landlady.
The room is bright and welcoming, with a large sunny window. It’s fully furnished, including a bed, desk, mirror, and closet, making it perfect for a short-term stay.
The apartment itself is spacious and shared with four lovely flatmates. It features two bathrooms (a smaller one and another with a shower and bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, and a shared living area with a table and chairs for meals or socializing.

Die Wohnung is nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Tiergarten, und 10 Minuten von Potsdamerplatz, wo es Ubahn, Sbahn, und viele Geschäfte gibt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit vielen Museen und Konzerthallen, und es ist direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, das heißt es ist ziemlich einfach, jeden Ort zu erreichen. Es git auch mehrere Busse.

The appartment is within a few minutes walk from Tiergarten for some greenery, and 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz where there are metro, Sbahn, and a lot of shops. The area is very quiet with a lot of museums and concert halls, and it's right in the center of the city so quite easy to reach any place. There are also several bus lines colseby.
Du würdest mit Nakoul, Fabrice und Jens wohnen. Hier ein paar Infos:
Nakoul (25) studiert Sport und Event Management und spielt Fussball. Er kommt aus Indien und chillt gerne oder geht gerne spazieren.
Fabrice (29) ist seit April in Berlin, um in eine Klimaforschungs Institut zu arbeiten. Er kommt aus Frankreich, spielt gerne Klavier, und kocht Saisongemüse die er dann mit Käse ertränkt als Wiedergutmachung. Er würde sich freuen, über Politik, Grün Sachen und irgendwas anderes zu reden und etwas über deine Kultur zu erfahren.
Jens (23) studiert Musik bei der BIMM Institut. Er kommt aus der Niederlande und ist sehr chill drauf und hat einen tollen Humor. Er unterhält sich gerne über Musik, Politik und kocht gerne.

This flat has been a flatshare for a while, but there is a sudden renewal, so here is the people you would be living with:
Nakoul (25) is studying Sports and Event Management and plays football, he comes from India. Likes to chill sometimes, workout, walks, etc.
Fabrice (29) just arrived in Berlin to work as a researcher in climate sciences. He comes from France, likes to play the piano and cook some healthy seasonable vegetables then drown them in cheese to compensate. He'd be happy to chat about politics, green stuff, and whatever else, and to hear about your culture.
Jens (23) is studying music at the BIMM Institute. He’s super laid-back and has a great sense of humor. He enjoys chatting about music, politics, and loves cooking.
