Wir suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in - möglicherweise auch mit Kind(ern) oder ein Paar.
Wir, das sind ein erwachsener Mensch (44J.) und zwei kleine Menschen (7J. und 5J.). Die kleinen Menschen sind die Hälfte der Woche bei mir und die andere Hälfte bei ihrem anderen Elternteil. Vielleicht bist du ja auch in einer ähnlichen Situation wie wir und suchst nach einer Trennung für dich ein neues Zuhause mit WG-Anschluss oder eine Übergangslösung mit Anmeldung.
Wir haben eine schöne und große Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Stuck (141 m²) und wohnen direkt gegenüber vom Treptower Park - perfekt, um schnell ans Wasser, in den Wald, nach Kreuzkölln und Friedrichshain zu kommen.
Vermietet werden zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer (21 m² + 16 m²) und wir teilen uns u.a. die Küche, das Bad, WLAN und unsere Putzkraft.
Die Wohnung und das Haus sind leider nicht barrierefrei.
Fotos der Wohnung schicke ich dir persönlich. Über alles Weitere können wir uns beim Kennenlernen austauschen.
We are looking for a flatmate - possibly with (a) child(ren) or a couple.
We are an adult (44 yrs) and two little people (7 yrs and 5 yrs). The little ones are with me half of the week and the other half with their other parent. Perhaps you are in a similar situation to us and you are looking for a new home in a shared apartment or a temporary solution after a separation.
We have a beautiful and large flat in an old building with high ceilings and stucco (141 m²), and we live directly opposite Treptower Park - perfect for quickly getting to the waters, the forest, Kreuzkölln and Friedrichshain.
We rent two connected rooms (21 m² + 16 m²) and share among other things the kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi and our cleaning lady.
The apartment and the whole house are unfortunately not handicapped accessible.
