I’m looking for someone for a short-term stay, with the option to extend.
Who fits here:
A clean respectful person preferably not younger than 26 years.
Someone who is clean and hygenic and mature.
You have a full time job/financially secured and can provide proof of income.
What I’m offering: A cozy 21 m² bedroom in a cozy apartment. The area is super green and quiet. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Lohmühlenplatz, so you’re close to the Kreuzberg canals, Treptower Park, and Schlesi.
There are plenty of shops nearby—Edeka, Netto, REWE, Eurogida—and also pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, and a DHL Paketshop. Plus, the apartment has great transport links.
The room is really quiet, facing the backyard. The apartment has wooden floors, and the room comes with a twin bed. But if you’d rather bring your own stuff, no problem, I can offer it unfurnished as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s fast Wi-Fi. You’ll also have access to a washing machine, TV, and Bose speakers. And here’s a fun bonus: I have a boat you can take out on the canals in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Treptow!
Rent is €690 per month, all utilities included, and there’s a one-month deposit. The room is free from October 15th, and move-in/move-out dates are flexible.
Anmeldung is possible but only after 2 months stay.
