I'm David and I'm looking for a nice and uncomplicated new tenant for my room. Our main tenant is moving in with his girlfriend in May, which is why it is only available for the months of March and April. I myself have already found a permanent new room from March, which is why I am now placing this ad.
The apartment is really beautiful. There is a home office workspace, a large living room and everything else you need. The flatmates are Simon, who is a qualified firefighter, and Charlotte, who is in Berlin for an internship and is currently doing her Bachelor's degree at the University of St Gallen. Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Because the apartment is so big, you have enough space - but you can also have a really nice chat (if you ever meet) ;).
The flat share is about 8 minutes away from the Treptower Park stop. With the S9 it is about 15 minutes to the main station.
The room is unfurnished. However, I can offer to provide an air mattress and help with the organization of a desk and chair. That should not be a problem! :)
All in all, the room is perfect for settling down in Berlin. Feel free to write to me if it could be something for you :)
