Hallo ihr da draußen,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin spontan schon Mitte Februar auszieht, ihre Nachfolgerin aber erst Anfang März einzieht, ist Ihr Zimmer für zwei Wochen zu vergeben ;)
Das Zimmer ist riesig ( > 25 qm). Allerdings ist es bis auf eine Matratze, Regal und Stuhl unmöbliert. Es stehen Dir aber natürlich alle öffentlichen Räume mit zu Verfügung.
Zum Rest der WG/Wohnung: Wir wohnen in einer Maisonette-Wohnung, über zwei Etagen mit je einem Bad (eins mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne). Zentraler Treffpunkt ist die große Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist.

Hello out there,
since our flatmate is moving out mid-February - and her successor won't move in until the beginning of March, her room is free for 2 weeks. ;)
The room is huge (> 25 sqm), however it will be basically unfurnished except for a mattress, a shelf and a chair. You're free to use all of the communal spaces as well though of course.
About the rest of the flat: We live in a beautiful maisonette apartment with a bathroom on each floor (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub). The central meeting point is the large kitchen on the lower floor.
Da das Haus ein Hinterhaus ist, bleiben wir komplett vom Straßenlärm verschont. Die S-Bahnstation Baumschulenweg (S8, S9,S45, S46, S85) ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Du bist also super schnell in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg oder in Schöneweide. Reformhaus, LIDL, Netto, Edeka liegen direkt um die Ecke und auch bis zur Spree und dem Plänterwald ist es nicht weit :)
Wir sind Ferry (35), Jörg (33), Philipp (31) und Schirin (28) und eine bunte Mischung aus Studenten und schon Vollzeit Arbeitenden und somit mal mehr und mal weniger zu Hause oder unterwegs. Außerdem mit von der Partie Marnie und Miro, unsere Hauskatzen.
Ein gutes und angenehmes Miteinander ist uns aber wichtig. Es kommt häufig vor, dass wir abends beim Kochen in der Küche aufeinandertreffen und sich dabei über alles Mögliche ausgetauscht wird. Dabei sind unsere wilden Partyzeiten schon länger vorbei und eine gewisse Nachtruhe ist uns wichtig!

Wir are Ferry (35), Jörg (33), Philipp (31) and Schirin (28) and are a colourful mixture of students and people working full-time. Accordingly, we tend to be home more at some times and less at others, or out and about. Part of the team are our two cats Marnie and Miro.
It is important to us to get on well together. We often hang out together in the evenings while cooking and chat about this and that. However our wild party times are behind us, and it is important to us to have our peace and quiet at night.
