Hey there,
we have an opening as of 1.8.24. The room comes partly furnished (see pictures with explanations). The common areas are fully furnished.
The place is a bit more outside the center, however it is very well connected with public transportation. It's just a 2min walk the U5 station that'll bring you to Friedrichshain within 15min and into the city center (Alexander Platz) in just 25min, the train runs at 5 min interval during rush hours. Scroll to the end for further info on public transportation.
Plus, the Nightbus (N5) stops right in front of our house and covers the way to the center and back all around the clock at any given day including holidays. So no worries how to get home even after a night out in the middle of the week XD
Moreover, the area is really green as you can see on the map, perfect for outdoor activities. Basketball courts, places for skating or just parks for jogging are all within walking distance too. Sidewalks are spacious and not as cramped as in the center.
Doing groceries is also convenient as we have Lidl, Edeka, Rewe and Netto all within walking distance of just about 2-5min. Other social infrastructure like doctors and hospitals, swimming halls.. are close by too.
You'd be living two working flatmates - or at least we're mostly occupied during the day ^^'

Hallo zusammen,
zum 01.08.2024 wird bei uns ein ruhiges & möbliertes Zimmer mit schneller Anbindung ans Zentrum frei. Nach Absprache ist auch ein früherer Einzug möglich. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen und der gängigen Haushaltselektrik ausgestattet. Um ständige Mieterwechsel zu vermeiden und eine eingelebte WG zu haben, wollen wir das Zimmer langfristig vermieten.
Die Möbel sind aktuell nicht genau wie auf dem Foto und können auch ausgetauscht werden.
Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich einfach und schreib am besten gleich dein WhatsApp oder Skype dazu...

Der nächste U-Bahnhof ("Kienberg - Gärten der Welt") liegt nur 3min zu Fuss entfernt und ist im Rahmen der Ausstellung der Gärten der Welt erst kürzlich modernisiert worden.
Die U-Bahn fährt im 5-Minutentakt und man ist recht zügig im Stadtzentrum (siehe unten).
Auf dem Weg zum U-Bahnhof liegt noch ein Lidl sowie ein Bäcker, was sich zusätzlich zum Zeit sparen eignet ;)
Weiterhin sind natürlich auch alle Bedürfnisse des alltäglichen Lebens gedeckt, Apotheken und Ärzte sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die Lage bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Sport (joggen, Basketball, Fussball, Tischtennis etc) und ist allgemein recht grün. Dazu trägt insbesondere die Gegend um die Ausstellung der Gärten der Welt bei (es gibt sogar eine Seilbahn XD)
Unweit entfernt ist auch noch eine Schwimmhalle.
Da im Haus von Rentnern bis Familien mit kleinen Kindern alles vertreten ist, sind wir als WG besonders zur Rücksichtnahme bei der Lautstärke angehalten. Dies gilt sowohl für das eigene Zimmer als auch für die Gemeinschaftsräume, soll aber nicht heißen, dass man nur auf Zehenspitzen gehen darf)) Alles sollte sich lediglich unter gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme in gesundem Maße abspielen))
Hinweise zu Fahrtwegen, du brauchst mit der U5 bzw. S5 ab Wuhletal ca.
- 10 min zum U-Bahnhof Tierpark (HTW)
- 15 min zur Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn) or Ostkreuz (Ringbahn)
- 25 min zum Alexanderplatz
- 30 min zum S-Bahnhof Friedrichstr. (Humboldt Uni, Charité & Kultur oder Shopping :-)
- 40 min S-Bahnhof Zoo TU
