You’ll be living in a very cozy apartment, with beautiful furniture, which is close to the center of Berlin in a quiet neighborhood. Various restaurants just around the corner.
Mattia will be your flatmate. He is an amazing guy from Italy who loves to cook. :)
He is also the one you will contact and who you will meet to see whether it is a match from both sides.
The heating in the room is done through a coal oven (very retro so to say). There is probably enough coal left in the basement to get you through the winter. This coal I give you for free, if you need more you will need to buy it your self.
For now the room is rented out until May, but there is a chance you will be able to stay longer.

Public transportation is reached within minutes and there are public parking spaces on the street outside which is free during evenings and weekends and cost 2€ per hour between 9:00 and 20:00 on weekdays
You can find PENNY and Lidl within 400 meter from the apartment and you will also be very close to the Berlin Gesundbrunnen station which hosts a lot of shops
You will be living with one other flatmate.
