Ich möchte gerne mein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung im genannten Zeitraum untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist hell, sehr geräumig, gemütlich, sauber und liegt ruhig im Hinterhof. Du hast direkten Zugang zur Terrasse!
In der Umgebung befinden sich gemütliche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Das Viertel ist jedoch nicht überlaufen, was sehr angenehm ist. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Mein Mann und ich wohnen hier zusammen, sind in dem genannten Zeitraum aber verreist. Du hättest selbstverständlich Dein eigenes Zimmer (siehe Fotos). Vermieten möchte ich mein Zimmer gerne an eine ruhige, ordentliche Person. Ich freue mich auf Deine Nachricht!
Die Miete mit allem inklusive beträgt 550€ im Monat. Die Daten sind flexibel und es besteht die Möglichkeit zu verlängern, da es sein kann, dass ich länger als der 7.1.2024 unterwegs bin.
I would like to sublet my room in our apartment in the mentioned period. The room is bright, very spacious, cozy, clean and quietly located in the backyard. You have direct access to the terrace!
There are very nice and cozy cafés, restaurants and bars in the area close to the apartment. But the district is not too crowded which is nice. You can reach public transport easily in 3 minutes by foot.
My husband and I live here together, but we are traveling in the mentioned period. Of course you would have your own room (see photos). I would like to rent my room to a quiet, tidy person. I look forward to your message!
The total rent with everything included is 550€. The dates are flexible and it might be possible to prolong your stay because I might be traveling longer than the 7.1.2024!
