Hi everyone!
looking for a new flatmate starting now or 01.10.2024! With Anmeldung :) Your potential new room is part of a four room flat in Berlin Tegel/Reinickendorf.
The room is cozy, freshly renovated and has new furniture specifically tailored to the room for maximal storage and living space - including a brand new bed and mattress! It has a nice big window with a view into the quiet yard. Since my plans changed, but I just renewed everything and it is still like new and barely used, the room will pass on to someone who'll take over the furniture for half (450€) of the original cost. So it's all set and ready for you to move in!

Meine WG sucht eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in ab sofort oder ab 01.10.2024. Unbefristet mit Anmeldung :) Dein potenzielles neues Zimmer ist Teil einer Vierzimmerwohnung in Berlin Tegel/Reinickendorf.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, frisch überholt und neu eingerichtet - inklusive eines brandneuen Betts und Matratze. Die Möbel sind extra an die Maße des Zimmers angepasst, um maximalen Stau- und Lebensraum zu schaffen. Da alles wie neu ist und quasi unbenutzt, da sich meine Pläne unerwartet kurz nach der Renovierung geändert haben, wird das Zimmer an einen Nachmieter vergeben, der die Möbel für die Hälfte (450€) des Anschaffungspreises übernimmt. Dein Plus - alles ist die Treppe raufgetragen, montiert und bereit für den sofortigen Einzug!
Das Zimmer hat ein schönes großes Fenster mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof.
You'll be living in between two lakes that are both just about 7minutes away on foot. Tegeler See, which is great for long walks and Flughafensee, where you can cool off in summer, go swimming or just sit and relax on the beach. If you like to go jogging, there are plenty of forests in between and alongside the lakes, depending on how long of a tour you want to take. So for a nature lover this really is a great spot to live.
You can reach all the big stores like Rewe, Edeka and Aldi in less than 10minutes. And if you want to get a beer, Alt-Tegel has some nice spots you can get to in about 20minutes walk. Alternatively you take the U6 from Holzhauser Straße which is about 6 minutes away on foot. From there it takes about 20 minutes to Friedrichstraße. The next bus station is also only 5 minutes away. With it you can reach both U8 and U7 in about 15 minutes too.

Du wirst hier wunderschön zwischen zwei Seen wohnen, die beide nur etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt sind. Der Tegeler See eignet sich hervorragend für lange Spaziergänge und am Flughafensee, kannst du dich im Sommer abkühlen, schwimmen gehen oder einfach am Strand chillen. Wenn du gerne joggen gehst, gibt es zwischen und entlang der Seen zahlreiche Wälder, je nachdem, wie lange die Touren sind, die du unternehmen möchtest. Für Naturliebhaber ist das hier genau der richtige Ort, besonders im Sommer.
Alle großen Geschäfte wie Rewe, Edeka und Aldi sind in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Und wenn du mal ein Bier trinken gehen möchtest, gibt es in Alt-Tegel einige schöne Orte, die in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Alternativ nimmst du die U6 an der Holzhauser Straße. Von dort bist du in ca. 20 Minuten in der Friedrichstraße. Außerdem gibt es in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung die nächste Bushaltestelle. Von hier aus kommst du in 15 Minuten zur U8 und U7.
Your flatmates are Akzhan (26) who studies Interior Design, Julia (27) who studies philology (especially Yiddish and Russian) and Benjamin (27) who studies Biotechnology. They all have a lot to do with uni and work during the day but in the evening we sometimes get together, talk in the kitchen, listen to music, share food etc. We also try to meet at least once a week to do something together. Some of us go bouldering, play table tennis, go to the cinema or to the opera. So it would be great if you were up for some of those activities or bring in some new ideas as well. What would you be up for? Please mention this at the top of your message, so that I can see that you read this far.
There is also a cleaning schedule and of course the common rooms should be left in order.

Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Akzhan (26), die Innenarchitektur studiert, Julia (27), die Philologie (insbesondere Jiddisch und Russisch) studiert, und Benjamin (27), der Biotechnologie studiert. Tagsüber haben alle viel mit der Uni und Arbeit zu tun, aber abends treffen wir uns manchmal, reden in der Küche, kochen oder essen gemeinsam usw. Wir versuchen auch, uns mindestens einmal pro Woche zu treffen, um etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, aber ohne Druck. Manche von uns gehen Bouldern, spielen Tischtennis, gehen ins Kino oder in die Oper. Es wäre also toll, wenn du bei solchen Unternehmungen auch dabei bist oder gerne auch ein paar neue Ideen mitbringst. Wozu hättest du Lust? Schreibe das mal ganz oben in deiner Antwort, damit ich sehen kann, dass du bis hierhin gelesen hast.
Es gibt auch einen Putzplan und natürlich sollten die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich hinterlassen werden.
