There are two rooms in this WG, one being your room. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with one male flatmate, he is very kind :-) his name is Rudi and he is a 31year old freelance website designer.
The room you will be using is 19sqm and is placed in between S+U wedding and U Leopoldplatz
I will be gone from February till May so my room will be free starting from February. Most of my furniture will also be gone other than a table, chair, bed with mattress, a cupboard, one cabinet and a futon style sofa/bed.
I will most likely moveout after may so there is a small possibility that you could move in permanently with my flatmate if you guys get along well. But I would still see this as a short term contract as there is still the possibility that he will find someone else to live with him long term.
