I will be in Italy for 5 weeks during the summer and am giving up my room. It is huge, flooded with sunlight, has everything you need, and there is a great south-facing balcony with a barbecue.
The apartment is very nice: it has an open-plan living kitchen with an island and an additional balcony for breakfast.
I am looking for a trustworthy person who is not too wild, takes good care of the apartment, and would take care of the plants 🌱

Die Lage ist super zentral und ruhig. Zur U8 (Pankstraße) sind es 5 Minuten und zur Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen) sind es 7. Humboldthain ist direkt in der Nähe. Fitnessstudio (Crunchfit) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß, Kletterhalle auch. Und es gibt ein fancy Yogastudio auf nem Rooftop und ein hippes Café.
Rewe und Mediamarkt gibt es auch direkt um die Ecke.
Sonja ist die coolste aller Mitbewohnerinnen und immer dabei, wenn ihr was machen wollt. Gleichzeitig hat sie auch selbst so viel zu tun, dass wir uns manchmal viel zu selten sehen.
Du wirst allerdings den Juli mit unserer anderen Zwischenmieterin verbringen. Vielleicht schauen wir auch noch, dass ihr euch kennenlernt und dass der Vibe stimmt.
Ein kleiner Haken: Die Wohnung befindet sich im fünften Stock und es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Da gewöhnt man sich dran, ist aber am Anfang schon etwas anstrengend. Ich gehe den Bringdiensten auch immer ein paar Stockwerke entgegen.
Du wirst mit einer weiteren Zwischenmieterin leben; meine Mitbewohnerin vermietet ihr Zimmer auch gerade, wird aber ab und an mal vorbeikommen, weil sie noch in der Stadt ist.
