Hi hi! I’m looking for a chilled FLINTA flatmate for this cozy room.
It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a side small drawer. It has around 11 m2 in an L shape.
The house is a remise, you can't hear street noises at all and your room faces a green area.
The house has one bathroom with bathtub plus a guest toilet.
The living kitchen is a big common area and has a new built in kitchen equipped with basics and a dishwasher. Also there’s an outside area where we could put more plants and currently has a table and chairs to chill :)
My current flatmate got a flat for themselves so move in date is flexible between early January until end of February.
Well located between S Wollankstr. and U Pankstr., some buses in front. There are markets, restaurants, bakeries, spätis and bars within a foot distance.

No couples and no pets allowed unfortunately.
The rent is proportional to the room size and I’m also paying a lot unfortunately because it's a new flat.
