The room is unfurnished, has a bit more than 10 m2 in an L shape. The house is a remise, you can't hear street noises at all and your room faces a green area. The house has one bathroom and a guest toilet. Sorry the picture is a bit bad and the flat is still a bit messy since I've just moved in.
Closest station is S Wollankstr., some buses in front, U Pankstr 15min by foot. There are markets, restaurants, bakeries, spätis and bars in a foot distance area.
I'm looking for a responsible and mature flatmate who can communicate well, proactively cleans, is fairly social but not a party animal and don't do heavy drugs at home (weed is ok outside). The idea is that we can create a small community, cook and grocery shop together, help each other and save time with little drama. I've also just moved in and we can come up with the house rules together. I dislike passive aggressive people and a home is mainly a place for resting, so it's ok if you're an introvert but probably not a good fit if you're too extrovert and have always people over. If you think you're a good fit please write me a message telling me about yourself and include on top that you love cats so I know you've read everything.
You're gonna share the house with me and my two cats who are the sweetest but a bit naughty. It's important that you love cats and can look after them if you're the only person in the house at the moment (eg. not having closed doors so they can be around you etc.). This is perfect if you miss or wanted to have a cat with very low commitment.
About me: I'm a software developer working for a non-profit, feminist, into environmentalism and social causes. I like cooking, going to concerts, dance and I'm also work at a cooperative bio-market.
No couples and no pets allowed unfortunately.
