The room is well laid out, gets plenty of sunlight and is furnished with a bed, a sofa, a small desk and a wooden frame for clothing. Like the apartment, it was recently renovated.
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, bekommt viel Sonnenlicht und ist mit einem Bett, einem Sofa, einem kleinen Schreibtisch und einem Holzgestell für Kleidung ausgestattet. Wie die Wohnung wurde es kürzlich renoviert.
The flat share is extremely well connected, as it is located right in the middle between the U6, U8, U9 and the Wedding and Humboldthain S-Bahn stations. The nearest supermarket/convenience store/snack bar is just a stone's throw away. The Volkspark Humboldthain is also just a short walk away.
Die WG ist mega gut angebunden, denn sie liegt genau in der Mitte zwischen U6, U8, U9 und den S-Bahnhöfen Wedding und Humboldthain. Der nächste Supermarkt/Späti/Imbiss ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Volkspark Humboldthain ist ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Hi, I'm Domas (27, he/him) and I'm currently looking for a new roommate.
I'm looking forward to meeting people who have different interests to me and who are willing to think outside the box. Good communication is therefore more important to me. Between my master's degree (history at the HU), work (SHK at a research center for Eastern Europe) and voluntary work (editor at a youth magazine), I'm pretty busy. Nevertheless, it would be nice if we could find time to cook together, explore Berlin, go out, etc.
Otherwise, I like trying out new recipes, going to the movies, hanging out in bars, spending time with my partner and friends, and going out partying from time to time. I'm currently more active than usual (jogging, training, yoga) and enjoy cycling. I also read and write a lot, mostly journalistic articles and essays, but now also fiction.
As the apartment isn't huge and we share most of the space, it's important to me to keep it clean. The flat share has a cleaning schedule and you should be in the habit of tidying up after yourself. Of course, there can be exceptions, especially when everyday life gets too hectic. But this really shouldn't be seen as a rule and should be well communicated.

Ich freue mich auf Leute, die andere Interessen als ich haben und auch selber bereit sind, über den eigenen Tellerrand hinzuschauen. Von daher spielt mir eine gute Verständigung eine wichtigere Rolle. Zwischen Masterstudium (Geschichte an der HU), Arbeit (SHK an einem Forschungszentrum für Osteuropa) und Ehrenamt (Redakteur bei einer Jugendzeitschrift) bin ich ziemlich beschäftigt. Trotzdem wäre es schön, wenn wir Zeit finden würden, gemeinsam zu kochen, Berlin zu erkunden, mal auszugehen usw.
Sonst probiere ich gerne neue Rezepte aus, besuche Kinos, verweile in Bars, verbringe Zeit mit meiner Partnerin und Freunden, und gehe ab und zu feiern. Aktuell bin ich mehr als sonst sportlich aktiv (Joggen, Training, Yoga) und bin sehr gerne mit dem Rad unterwegs. Dazu lese und schreibe ich viel, meist journalistische Beiträge und Essays, mittlerweile auch Fiktion.
Da die Wohnung nicht mega groß ist und wir uns den größten Teil des Raums teilen, es ist mir wichtig sie sauber zu halten. Die WG hat einen Putzplan und man sollte die Gewohnheit haben, hinter sich aufzuräumen. Es kann natürlich Ausnahmen geben, besonders wenn der Alltag zu hektisch wird. Das sollte aber wirklich nicht als Regel verstanden und gut kommuniziert werden.
