You'll be renting a bright and large room, already equipped with a bed, chair, dresser, some shelves, a desk and chair. Some of the furniture will be moved in this week that's why they are not on the images yet :)
In front of the two large windows are a bunch of green trees - quite beautiful in summer!
Also, there is an extra hallway with a separate door to your room, giving you extra privacy and the feel of having your own flat.
The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen has everything needed included a dishwasher.
The flat is in centre of the vibrant district Wedding. Within 5 minutes walking distance you find numerous food options from hip and vegan to classic kebab.
There are also a couple of hidden bars around which is perfect, since they offer nice drinks etc. but don't make the area a "party-neighborhood". Within 14 minutes (U-Bahn) you're at Rosenthalerplatz if you want to proper go out or have even more nice Cafés and stuff :)
Besides, we have a small canal around the corner - perfect for morning walks :)
You'd live together with me - a business consultant who's often on client visits during the week. I like to have a certain level of peace on the weekends, so this would rather not be a party WG.
I grew up in Berlin, so I can show you some spots if need be :)
Besides, I'm happy to connect with you and to do stuff together if the time and vibe is given. However, since I grew up here I have a quite large social group which occupies a lot of my free time. So if you're looking for joint dinner every evening and the likes, this room might not be for you.
What's important to me is cleanliness in the flat (esp. of course the shared rooms: bathroom, kitchen).
I'm vegetarian, in case you wanna prepare meat or fish, you'd need to bring your own pots. etc. But best of course if you'd be vegetarian, too :)
