Dein Wohnraum teilt sich auf, auf ein 10qm kleines privates Zimmer, sowie den Raum davor, der als Durchgangszimmer zur Küche genutzt wird. Das Große Zimmer wurde vom Architekten als Wohnzimmer geplant, wird aber von mir absolut garnicht genutzt, dementsprechend kannst du dich hier frei entfalten und es nutzen und einrichten, wie es dir beliebt.
Im Kleinen Zimmer kann man problemlos ein 1,40x2m Bett platzieren, wahrscheinlich sollten auch 1,60x2m kein Problem sein. Bei 2x2m bin ich mir unsicher, könnte aber möglich sein.
Es bietet somit genug Raum um sich zurückzuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.11 frei.
Die Möglichkeit bei einem zustandegekommenen Mietvertrag vorher schon seine Sachen unterzubringen ist problemlos möglich.

Your living space is divided into a small private room of 10 square metres and the room in front of it, which is used as a passageway to the kitchen. The large room was planned by the architect as a living room, but I don't use it at all, so you are free to use and furnish it however you like.
You can easily place a 1.40x2m bed in the small room, and 1.60x2m should probably not be a problem either. I'm not sure about 2x2m, but it could be possible.
It offers enough space to retreat.
The room is available from 01.11.
If a tenancy agreement is concluded, it is possible to store your belongings beforehand without any problems.

Das Gesundbrunnencenter sowie der Gesundbrunnen S & U-Bahnhof sind weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Darüber hinaus gibt es diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Imbisse & Restaurants, sowie Freizeitmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

The flat is located in Stettiner Straße.
The Gesundbrunnen centre and the Gesundbrunnen S & U-Bahn station are less than 10 minutes away. In addition, there are various grocery shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Zu mir:
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und als E-Commerce Manager tätig. Ich arbeite 40h oder mehr in der Woche, dementsprechend lege ich großen Wert darauf, dass ich zuhause zur Ruhe kommen kann.
Manchmal, wenn die Energie es zulässt, schaffe ich es zu kochen, dafür nehme ich mir gerne Zeit.
Abgesehen davon immer offen für ne nette Unterhaltung, unter Umständen auch mal länger.
Ich selber rauche in der Wohnung, habe aber kein Problem damit es auf mein Zimmer zu beschränken, wenn du Wert darauf legst.
