Hi, I ´m Larissa, living in Berlin with my best friend and we are subletting both of our rooms in Oktober and November. Our flat is a nice, clean and cosy nest in Berlin with a nice view into the sky and light rooms. We call my room the sunny room, since it ´s looking towards south - east , that means you ´ll wake up with the sun and good vibes and also the plants in my room are enoying the vitamin D.
It´s a quiet and cosy apartment in Wedding with space, sunlight and two seperate fully furnished rooms with a bed, desk, closet etc. We are top floor, that means you have either a beautiful view into the sky or in the nice backyard with our beautiful tree full of birds.
The apartement has a dishwasher, a washing machine and wifi.
We care a lot of our apartement, therefore we are looking for two seperate people, a couple or friends, who will enjoy living here with care and respect for the space and our belongings.

It´s a nice area in Wedding, easily reachable with the U8, U9, or U6, also during the night. It has nice bars and two amazing italian Pizza places around the corner.

Me and my best Friend share this apartment. We care a lot about a clean, tied up space. It ´s a feel good place in old - berlin - style. With wooden floors and high ceilings.
