Das schöne Altbauzimmer wird vermietet, da ein Mitbewohner innerhalb des Weddings umzieht. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Die Fenster richten sich gen Norden, schöner Holzboden, hohe Decken und Ausblick auf den Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist zunächst für drei Monate befristet, es gibt aber dann die Möglichkeit einen unbefristeten Mietvertrag auszustellen.
The beautiful room is available for rent because one of the flatmates is moving within Berlin-Wedding. The room is unfurnished. It has north-facing windows, lovely wooden floors, high ceilings, and a view of the courtyard. The rental is initially limited to three months, but there is the possibility of offering a long-term contract afterward.
Top Lage – nur 3min entfernt von den S+U-Bahn-Stationen Wedding, was auch einen bequemen Zugang zur Ringbahn + U-Bahn ermöglicht. In nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß ist das Humboldthain zu erreichen. Zudem ist vor der Haustür direkt eine Bushaltestelle, die manche Wege deutlich erleichtert. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, dennoch gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Supermärkte in nächster Nähe.
Just a 3-minute walk from the S+U Wedding stations, providing convenient access to the Ringbahn and U-Bahn. The Humboldthain park is only a 7-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a bus stop right outside the door, making some trips much easier. The area is quiet, yet there are plenty of cafés, bars, and supermarkets nearby.
Lukas, er/ihn, 23, studiert Sozialwissenschaften an der HU, geht regelmässig in Museen und Theater und auf diverse andere Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen, hat einen Sinn für Ästhetik und kann sehr gut kochen .
Tjark, er/ihn, 24, studiert Medizin, ist begeisterter Barista, sportlich, naturliebend und handwerklich begabt.
Im Alltag eher ruhiger, aufgeschlossen und redefreudig sind die beiden sehr angenehme Mitbewohner.
Eine offene Kommunikation und Ordnung ist den beiden wichtig.
