The room is approx. 15 sq.mts. and is furnished with all the basic aminities including a bed and a mattress, large drawers, clothes rack, lamps, bed side tables etc. There's access to balcony which overlooks a quiet street.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a new building in a quiet neighbourhood near U Seestrasse.
You'll find plenty of dining options around Leopoldplatz on Mullerstr. For groceries, you'll find Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Kaufland and dm, all within a 5 min walking distance.
I (Samed, 26) live here with my best friend (Wayne, 29) who's currently on a work assignment in the US. He will be back around mid to late Jan. In the meantime we would like to sublet one room, which happens to be mine since I won't be around much over the coming weeks.
