Hi everyone ✨
I am subletting my room for two weeks (280e) and my roommate will be leaving when I come back and is subletting is room from January until may so you could stay until may ;) (His room is the smallest one 12m2 and costs 520e per months (pictured the one with the couch). Mine is the one with the very large bed.
ONLY ACCEPTING PEOPLE THAT ARE SUBLETTING FROM MID DECEMBER.
The flat is located in Wedding at Ecke Seestr/Togostraße so it's a five minutes walk to the U-Bahn. You get easily in Mitte and Xperg. Around the corner there are plenty of grocery stores and markets and places to eat out street itself is super quiet and the apartment is in the Hinterhaus and third floor the neighboorhood is really nice. The apartment isn’t that big unfortunately so there is no living room but an open kitchen. My room is around 17m2 with a very large beg facing the courtyard and trees. The room which will be available from January until May is around 13 qm very calm facing the back courtyard and trees as well. There is a dishwasher and a lady who cleans every other week (included in the price). But please bear in mind that it is a shared flat so you must clean after yourself :)
My roommates are working/preparing their departure abroad so I will be the one living with you until May.
This is not a party flat but feel free to invite friends over as long as we know before.
I am a freelancer so I tend to be home often. I enjoy yoga and sports, listening bars and going to shows, natty wine and traveling (I tend to travel a lot for my job). I am from France and do not speak german.
