Hallo vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer über den Winter bis mindestens April evtl. auch länger.
Das Zimmer hat ein Bett, 2 Schreibtische und 2 leere Schräke für deinen Krempel.
Die Miete beträgt 490€ warm mit internet.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, gerne auch ab dem 01.01.24.
ich kann dir das Zimmer bis April untervermieten evtl. auch unbefristet. Näheres per WhatsApp.
Wir möchten kein casting machen, falls du das Zimmer haben möchtest beantworte einfach die unten stehenden Fragen, so kurz wie du möchtest und schreibe mir deine Antworten auf WhatsApp (ver información de contacto). 3: what are you bringing with your into our apartment? A small bag? Cats? Dogs? Lions? Sofas?Winter Depression?
Die u8 ist 3 Minuten weit entfernt, die u9 ca.10. In 11 Minuten bist du dann am Zoo und in 13 am Alex.
im haus gibt es ein leckeres sushi Restaurant. Ums eck sind mehrere spätes, Döner (natürlich) und auch ein kleiner park mit einem See.
Die WG besteht aus dem Kindergärtner Kiron 31m, der sehr selten da ist, da er eigentlich bei seiner Freundin wohnt und sein Zimmer nur noch gelegentlich zum Zocken benutzt; und Hanna 22w, die Barkeeperin ist und daher meistens nachts arbeitet.
