Hi there!
We are Andrea and Louisa, and we are looking for a new roommate for our shared three-room flat. Our current roommate (and friend) is moving out since she is moving together with her boyfriend, so the room will be available starting from the 1st of February.
It is an unlimited lease. It is a modern apartment, very well kept, with a living room, an open kitchen and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
The apartment and rooms are fully furnished including towels, dishes, sheets, etc — everything needed.
The room is around 20m^2. It has a queen bed, a desk, a clothing rack, a couch and a drawer. The rent is 650€ warm (radio tax is extra). Anmeldung is possible!
The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, and we are just next to Wedding U Bahn station, two minutes from Ring Bahn Wedding and 5 minutes from Leopold Platz – so we are very nicely situated! On our street, there are many shops with everything you need! Supermarket very closed at walking distance (Edeka (really close!), Rewe, Turkish and Asian).
We are looking for a nice, clean, and considerate roommate. We each clean up after ourselves and we also have a cleaning schedule for regular maintenance!
About us: I am Andrea, Mexican and 30 years young, I work at a hostal chain in Accounting, love spending my freetime relaxing at home watching movies or chatting, I also like spending time taking walks, hanging out with friends occasionally for drinks or coffee. The second one is Louisa, German, 28 years old. She working in Berlin as a public health scientist . She likes to spend time with friends, go out for sports or any other activity, I dance salsa but I also really enjoy to relax or watch movies.
We are both calm, respectful, and really clean.
Ours is an open WG – we like spending time together, chat a lot after work for the daily catch-up and/or eat together, but we also respect our personal private space very much. It is an English-speaking, working WG. We are both very busy with work so during weekdays we like calm evening and silent night! For us communication is essential. We would like a person that fits with us and with the home vibe.
