During your stay you’ll have a cozy living room for your own through which you can enter your bedroom. In total both rooms have 30sqm which are fully furnished. In the bright room with high ceilings there is a work desk, a stereo as well as a nice couch you can use. Also there are three bathrooms in total within the flat and a nice kitchen with a cozy seating area
Directly next to the S Ringbahn and several busses as well as 5 minutes distance from u6. Wedding has cute bars, restaurants and cafés right next door as well as the Panke and Volkspark Humboldthain which are really nice for taking strolls and are in walking distance from the flat :)
All 4 of us are working currently but two of us are part time studying as well. The flatmates you will live and spend time together in the flat are super openminded and LGBTQIA+ friendly flatmates that would love to get to know you better through little introduction chats before you move in (if possible on thursday or friday would be great).
The price (605€) is per Month, so 1.210€ for the entire two months. :) Please feel free to reach out to me if you’re interested. Since I’m about to move out, there’s also the opportunity to overtake the rooms longterm if you feel comfortable in the flat and the vibe between you and the others fits. We are all happy to get to know you better and look forward to the chats :)
