My name is Vivien, I’m 26 years old, and I live in Wedding in a spacious two-room apartment with a modern open kitchen.
Since I barely use the second room at the moment, I would like to sublet it for six months (with the possibility of extension) to someone I get along well with.
The room is furnished with a bed, a small desk, a wardrobe, and a coffee table (which works well as a storage space). The pictures of the room are not entirely up to date since I’m currently using it as a storage room, but it looks quite similar.
I renovated the kitchen and bought new furniture last year. There’s a dining table that can be extended, which is great for get-togethers.
The wooden floors were sanded and oiled two years ago, and I’d appreciate it if we took good care of them.
I work from home and spend a lot of time in the apartment, so it’s important that we get along well—this is not just a shared flat of convenience.
I’m a sensitive and open-minded person. I want to live with someone who shares similar values.
That being said, AfD voters and conservatives are not a match. My interests include personal development, astrology, psychology, feminism, and human rights in general.
I enjoy having time for myself but would also love to share moments together—like cooking evenings or other activities.
I am quite tidy and expect the same from my flatmate. Consideration for each other is also very important to me.
Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, GFZ fee, etc.).
The room is available immediately, but should be rented by March 15 at the latest.
Deposit: €1,200.
