Hello.
We (all roommates) are on vacation and are therefore making our apartment available for this time.
It is a two-room apartment. Both rooms are bedrooms, each with a bunk bed and each also has a large desk, so also suitable for a shared flat. There is also a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located in the side wing with a large inner courtyard. The entrance to the Nauener Platz underground station is 100 m from the front door.
The rent is 650 €/month for the whole apartment all inclusive. (electricity, gas, internet, broadcasting fee). This results in 975 € for the specified period. The deposit is one month's rent.
The rooms can also be taken separately. Then the small room (10 m2) would be available for 270 €/month and the large room (20 m2) for 380 € and the deposit would be the same.
We have some plants that need to be watered once a week. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen.
Payment is possible in cash or via Paypal or immediate bank transfer. Deposit will be returned by 01.05.2025 at the latest.

Hallo.
Wir (alle Mitbewohner) sind im Urlaub und stellen daher für diese Zeit unsere Wohnung zur verfügung.
Es handelt sich um eine Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung. Beide Zimmer sind Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Hochbett und haben jeweils auch einen großen Schreibtisch, also auch WG-geeignet. Dazu kommt eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel mit großem Innenhof. Der eingang zur Ubahnstation Nauener Platz ist 100 m von der Haustüre entfernt.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 650 €/Monat für die ganze Wohnung alles inklusive. (Strom, Gas, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag). Das ergibt 975 € für den angegebenen Zeitraum. Als Kaution wird eine Monatsmiete angesetzt.
Die Zimmer können auch seperat genommen werden. Dann wäre das kleine Zimmer(10 m2) für 270 €/Monat zu haben und das große (20 m2) für 380€ und die Kaution auch dem entsprechend.
Wir haben einige Pflanzen, die einmal die Woche gegossen werden müssen. Rauchen nur in der Küche bitte.
Zahlung ist in Bar oder per Paypal oder per sofortiger Überweisung möglich. Kaution gibt es bis spätesten am 01.05.2025 wieder zurück.
