It's a quiet 2-room apartment with a balcony and a kitchen. You'll be sharing the house with one friendly flatmate.
Your bedroom has a 2-person bed and an attached balcony.
It's about 15 sqm, the balcony is big enough to sit two people for breakfast.
IMPORTANT: Your room is entirely private, the other bedroom is a so-called Berliner 'durchgangszimmer', meaning you've to go through your flatmates bedroom to go outside..
The kitchen has a stove, & all the usual cooking equipment..
The apartment is quite quiet - you don't hear the traffic!

A park & playground are located right across the streets.
For cycling, jogging & swimming there are nice trails next to the river. On one end you can follow the nice trail along the river to Hauptbahnhof/Tiergarten park on the end to a lake (Plötzensee) and a small forest (Volkspark Rehberge). There many nice places for relaxing in sunny weather!
Looking for someone whom doesn't smoke & whom is able to keep the houseplants green and healthy! ;-)

Here you'll be very well connected to bus, metro and circle line:
The bus to Hauptbahnhof/central station takes only 10 minutes and is just 200 meters away. (Note: During rush hour taking busses can take longer.)
Metroline U9, Anrumerstraße, is right around the corner.
To the circle line it's only 5-10 minutes walking (or you can take the U9 for one stop). It takes you to Prenzlauerberg in just 1 stop.
Metroline U6 is ca. 8 minutes walking (or one stop with the U9), it gives you a direct connection to Friedrichstraße, Mehringdamm and others.
-- Groceries --
Just 2 blocks down the street there's an Edeka supermarket for most of your shopping needs. Some other supermarkets can be found within 10 minutes walking distance. There are also various Spätis (evening shops) in the street.
A few vegetable shops offer fresh foods, and there's a farmers market at Leopoldplatz once a week as well.
-- Cafe's & bakeries --
For that morning coffee you can find many nice cafe's in the area. Some fresh bread you can get at a wide range of nearby bakeries. On most days you can find one open between 6 and 22. Restaurants and fast food can be found plentiful as well of course!
