Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen wenig befahrenen Strasse. In dem Kiez findet ihr alles, was das kulinarische Kultur-Herz begehrt: Freiluftkino, Fitnessstudios, gutes und dennoch günstiges Essen, viele Kneipen und den Plötzensee :)
Fakten:
- 5 Minuten Fußweg von U-Seestr. (U6), Tram M13,M1,M50 entfernt
- 15 Minuten vom Plötzensee und Rehberge (eine super Jogging-Strecke)
- bis Mitte/ U+S Friedrichstr. dauert es 12 Minuten mit der U-Bahn
Ausstattung:
Schlafzimmer: frisch, kuschelig - komplett ausgestattet zum sofort loslegen, mit Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Stauraum für Kleidung/ Bücher/ etc.; Sitzecke zum lesen, Schreibtisch und co.

Hello! I would love to rent a fully furnished room (15qm) in a bright and quiet 3-room apartment (68 qm)!
The room is now available and I am looking forward to a flatmate and have some company till a friend of mine arrives in September :). Its a lovely uncomplicated and quiet flat share. In our hood you will find everything: fitness studios, good and cheap food, many pubs and the best burger in town :)
The picture shows the my room and the guestroom for rent. The guestroom for rent is bigger, with a desk and all you need for your stay (towels, sheets, pillows too).
Facts:
- 5 minutes walk from U-Seestr. (U6), Tram M13, M1, M50
- 15 minutes walk from Plötzensee/ lake (a super jogging track)
- to center / U + S Friedrichstr. it takes 12 minutes by metro

massig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudios, gutes und dennoch günstiges Essen, viele Kneipen und den Plötzensee
Einwenig zu mir:
Unter der Woche arbeite ich in einer Kommunikationsagentur, gehe abends zum Sport, treffe mich mit Freunden auf ein Bier und Schnack - grundsätzlich viel unterwegs und aktiv. Ich mag es auch heimisch dh. mal eine Kleinigkeit kochen, Netflix und Chill ist auch ab und zu ein Muss :).
Unsere WG ist ordentlich, sauber, einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
In den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Zimmern, Bad und Küche wird auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet, dies erwarten wir schließlich auch von dir.

About myself:
I work during the week in a communications/ creative agency, go to the gym in the evening, meet friends for a beer and a chat - basically I am a lot outside and a active person. I also like chillin at home i.e. cooking a little something, watching something on Netflix - is also a must :).
Nearby are also two weekly markets twiice a week, with fresh veggies, food or vintage furniture, assesoirss and more.
I love to hang out there. :)
