Das Zimmer ist groß und hell geschnitten hat einen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und Zugang zum Balkon. Eingerichtet ist es mit einem Bett (1,4 x 2m), Schreibtisch und Schrank. WLAN gibt es nicht, ich nutze selbst einen Handy-Hotspot zum Arbeiten.

The room is large and bright with sunrise views and balcony access. It is furnished with a bed (1.4 x 2m), desk and cupboard. There is no WiFi, I use a cell phone hotspot to work.
Die Osloer Straße mit Zugang zur U8 (in 12 Minuten am Alexanderplatz) und U9 (in 12 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten) liegt 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Ein Bus fährt auch direkt vor der Tür dorthin ab und bindet auf der anderen Seite auch die Wollankstraße (S1/S2/S25) an. Die Tram (50 und M13) sind auch nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Soldiner Kiez nah an der Panke (Grünflächen um ein Flüßchen, klasse zum Joggen), es gibt bereits einige sehr schöne Cafes und Kneipen in direkter Nähe.

The Osloer Straße with access to the U8 (in 12 minutes at Alexanderplatz) and U9 (in 12 minutes at the Zoological Garden) is a 10-minute walk away. A bus also leaves directly in front of the door and connects as well to the other side of the Wollankstraße (S1 / S2 / S25). The trams (50 and M13) are also just 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment is located in the middle of Soldiner Kiez close to the Panke (green areas around a creek, great for jogging/walks), there are already some very nice cafes and pubs in the immediate vicinity

Ich bin 39 Jahre alt, arbeite als Projektmanagerin und habe eigentlich mein ganzes Leben in WGs gelebt. Ich bin wegen Fernbeziehung und in diesem Winter auch einer Fernreise viel unterwegs. In der Zeit kannst du mein Zimmer für Wäsche etc. gern mitbenutzen. Sonst mag ich eine Grundordnung und bin im Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert. Wenn ich da bin, freue ich mich über einen Tee gemeinsam trinken oder auch mal zusammen kochen.
Da die Wohnung mir sehr wichtig ist und auch gerade liebevoll eingerichtet, wäre es mir wichtig, dass es persönlich passt und du nicht vollkommen putzscheu bist. Bitte füge doch die Worte: "Wedding is wonderful" zu deiner Nachricht hinzu, damit ich weiß, dass du bis hierhin gelesen hast;) und ich freue mich auf eine kurze Vorstellung deinerseits.

I am 39 years old, work as a project manager and have actually lived in shared apartments my entire life. I travel a lot because of a long-distance relationship and, this winter, a long-distance trip. During this time you are welcome to use my room for laundry etc. Otherwise I like a basic order and am very uncomplicated when living together. When I'm there, I'm happy to drink tea together or cook together.
