This room is in a 4 person living community in Berlin-Wedding. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor
It is a small furnished room where you can find everything you need. A bed, a desk and a closet. The room is located in a quiet street. You need your own sheets and duvet
We search a for a woman who stays minimum 6 month!!!
It takes you 6 minutes walk to the subway station Residenzstraße U 8 and 6 minutes walk to the Schönholz S-Bahn S1, S25 and S26 station. With the near choice of suburban train and subway you are within 20 minutes almost anywhere in the city. You will find many shops in the immediate vicinity.
This is a new 4 person living community with people from all over the world - erasmus students, people who started a job in Berlin
We only want women as roommates. We have a cleaning plan that everyone sticks to and have a bathroom plan in the morning so there are no problems. Unfortunately, we only have a small kitchen in which you can still find everything you need. The rent must be paid in advance
