ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein hübsches mobiliertes 14mq Zimmer in meiner hübsche WG, wo meine zwei hübsche Mitbewohnerinnen wohnen, beide Deutsche und Berufstätig eine 29 Jahre Alt, und die andere 50 etwa Jahre Alt.
Die Wohnung ist in eine ruhige Straße in Wedding, Malplaquetstrasse, sehr praktische mit U6 3 Minuten von der Haustür, am Leopoldplatz.
Ich suche eine(n) Untermieter(in) ab Januar für 2 Monaten (villeicht mehr ist moglisch), weil ich im Ausland für ein 'research stay' werde sein.
Preis: 550 Euro pro Monat
-Preferably not räucher in general: certainly not smoking in the room.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my pretty furnished 14mq room in my pretty shared apartment, where my two pretty roommates live, both German and working, one is 29 years old and the other is about 50 years old.
The apartment is in a quiet street in Wedding, Malplaquetstrasse, very convenient with U6 3 minutes from the front door, at Leopoldplatz.
I am looking to rent it for 2 months, from Januar to end Februa, (possible also longer), because I will be abroad for a 'research stay'.
Price: 550 euros per month
-Preferably not smoking: certainly not smoking in the room.
-For sure: vaccinated
