The room is bright and furnished, located on the ground floor. You can see the room and the kitchen in the pictures. The apartment has 2 floors (ground and basement): the basement floor includes the room and the bottom floor, where we’ve set up 2 rooms as a studio for YouTube and music.
You can reach the city center in about 25 minutes by taking the M4, which runs every 4 minutes. The apartment is located in Weissensee, on Falkenbergerstraße. It’s just a 4-5 minute walk to the stop.
The area is super chill and ideal for strolls, with 3 lakes nearby, plenty of parks, forests, and lots of greenery—perfect for relaxing and soul! 🌿
We are pretty laid-back here and definitely not a purpose driven shared apartment! We love hanging out together, whether it's grabbing drinks, partying, cooking, or just enjoying each other's company.
You’ll be sharing the space with Ramy and Arya. Arya’s into art, music, and YouTube and is studying acting, while Ramy is studying music.
