Hello! I’m offering one room for one person in my 60 m2 flat right by Weissensee (with balcony and direct view of the lake 🙂) for December, January, & February. It’s a few minutes away from trams that take you straight to Mitte (Alexanderplaz is 20 mins away), and it’s generally really well connected to Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, and Wedding. Plus, from the back of the building you can go straight to the lake which is 2 mins away and has a really cute park.
The cost of the flat with everything (internet, electricity, heating, & ARD) is 600 eur.
