Das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung, hat eine große Fensterfront und grenzt an den Balkon. Es ist ca. 20 qm groß und an Mobiliar gibt es ein ausziehbares Sofa, eine geräumige Kommode und einen runden Tisch mit Stühlen. Die Decken sind für einen Altbau typisch erhöht und ein Kronleuchter, samt Stuck zieren die Zimmerdecke.

The room is the biggest of the flat, has big open windows and enters the balcony. It's 17qm big and is furnished with a sleeping couch, a spacious dresser and a charming round table with chairs. The ceilings are a little bit higher which is typical for this kind of older buildings and are decorated with a chandelier and some stucco.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zur Berliner Allee im schönen Weißensee gelegen. Die nächsten Stationen sind mit der Berliner Allee/Rennbahnstraße (Tram 12, 27; 4 Min.), der Buschallee (Tram M4; 7 Min.) und Weißer See (Tram M13; 12 Min.) von der Haustür fußläufig erreichbar. Hinter dem Garten befindet sich der Betriebshof Weißensee, der aber sonst nicht weiter stört und auch nicht zu sehen ist. Du bist in ca. 5 Min. beim Nahkauf, Netto, Jysk, Tedi und Kik und sogar innerhalb von 4 Min. bei einer süßen türkischen Bäckerei. Der Weiße See ist ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen, Joggingtouren oder auch sommerlichen Schwimm-Sessions ein.

The apartment is located in a quiet street parallel to Berliner Allee in the nice area of Weißensee. The nearest stations are within walking distance with Berliner Allee/Rennbahnstraße (tram 12, 27; 4 min.), Buschallee (tram M4; 7 min.) and Weißer See (tram M13; 12 min.). Behind the garden is the Weißensee depot, but it is otherwise not a nuisance and cannot be seen. You can reach Nahkauf, Netto, Jysk, Tedi and Kik in about 5 minutes and even a cute Turkish bakery within 4 minutes. The Weißer See is also only 5 walking minutes away and can be used for long walks, jogging rounds or even summer swimming sessions.

Du würdest mit Jannik (28 Jahre, er/ihm) zusammenwohnen. Bisher haben wir ein sehr aufgeschlossenes Verhältnis untereinander gepflegt, er würde sich freuen, wenn Du diese Eigenschaften teilst und dazu beiträgst.
Jannik ist eine sehr entspannte und offene Person. Er ist ein genussvoller Foodie, probiert gerne verschiedenste Rezepte und Restaurants quer durch die Stadt aus, ist also auch gut und gerne für Dinnerabende zu haben. Jannik ist auch viel mit Friends unterwegs, da findet man ihn oft bei Kunstveranstaltungen jeglicher Art oder auch mal beim Tanzen. Außerdem bereitet es ihm Freude auf Maps rumzuschauen und sie sich einzuprägen, weshalb es nicht überrascht, dass er sich für das Masterstudium der Stadtgeographie entschieden hat. Nebenbei lohnarbeitet er, indem er auch da Karten erstellt.
Da Ihr im Endeffekt auch nur ungefähr einen Monat zusammenwohnt, erwartet niemand, dass es das engste Zusammenleben wird. Heißt, alles kann, nichts muss ;)

You would live together with Jannik (28 years old, he/him). We lived together for over a year now and maintained a very familiar, solidary and open-minded relationship with each other. He would love for you to share and contribute to these values.
Jannik is a very chilled and open person. He is a passionate foodie, likes to try out differents reciped and restaurants all over the city, so you can likely get him to host a dinner party. Jannik likes to be on tour and socialise with friends, then you can find him at an art event or also dancing in the club. Fun fact about Jannik, it brings him joy to just surf on Maps and memorize, so it should not come as a surprise that he decided to study his Masters in Urban Geography and also works for a company generating maps.
Since you're only living together for a month, there is no need for the closest contact, just so you know the possibility is there but please don't feel pressured!
