About the flat:
- about 70sq m with two bedrooms (one with balcony), a smaller room used for laundry and co, a kitchen, and a bathroom
- the room is around 22sq m, with big windows and view on the garden, and direct access to the balcony
- 5min walking distance from the lac
- M4 and 27 are stopping in the front of the house, 12 and M13 are 5min away
= 25min to Alexanderplatz, 15 to Frankfurter Allee, 10 to Greifswalderstr.
- several grocery shopping possibilities in the neighbourhood
- bookshops, secondhand shops, bar close by
At best, no meat nor fish cooking in the flat.
Smoking is possible on the balcony.
And obviously, it’s a WG so please respectful of the flat and flatmate.
The room is available for 3 months (Dec/Jan/Feb), exact dates are flexible.

Hausratversicherung is required.
You’d live with my flatmate, who speaks fluently English and Russian. She works in a bar so you might have different working hours/schedules.
Rent is 500€ and there is for a deposit, this we can discuss in person.
From October on, you could come by to visit the flat and meet my flatmate at the same time.
