I am currently traveling out of city at the moment and looking to rent out a single room in my apartment for time being. Apartment is 62 sq meters.
The rent includes internet, electricity, and gas.
The apartment is on the Berliner str and right next to U Blisses str. There is 24/7 Edeka 5 mins walk away and Volkspark Wilmersdorf park is also 5 mins away from it. Grunewald forest is 20 mins away by bike.

I (33) have been living in Berlin for around 7.5 years. I am working full time as Software engineer and working from home two to three days per week. I am easygoing, respectful, friendly, and communicative. In my free time, I like to hang out with friends, go to sports classes, to the cinema once in a while, and like to cook food. Recently I have started going to Pilates, and yoga classes. As a flatmate, I am always down for a chat, cook food, go to the gym or to yoga/pilates classes, and bicycle around sometimes but at the same time, I like to spend time on my own and have my privacy.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
