I am renting here my room for 4 months as I'll be on a journey (therefore, a official registration "Anmeldung" is not possible). The room is modern and cosy equipped with bed (1,40m), wardrobe and some nice plants. You have free wifi in the entire apartment. The entire apartment faces the patio and is very quite and peacefull. The neighbourhood is very peacfull and green and you will find a lot of parks in walking distance. The connection with public transportation from Bundesplatz is perfect (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus, access to highway). You will share the apartment with my good and dear friend Lu from Argentina, so speaking or learning Spanish is a plus ;o) Site inspections are available at any time, just contact me, Nico :o)
Estoy alquilando mi habitación aquí por 4 meses ya que estaré de viaje (por lo tanto, no es posible una inscripción oficial "Anmeldung"). La habitación es moderna y acogedora, equipada con una cama (1,40m), un armario y algunas plantas bonitas. Tienes wifi gratis en todo el apartamento. Todo el apartamento da al patio y es muy tranquilo y pacífico. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y verde, y encontrarás muchos parques a poca distancia a pie. La conexión con el transporte público desde Bundesplatz es perfecta (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, autobús, acceso a la autopista). Compartirás el apartamento con mi buena y querida amiga Lu de Argentina, así que hablar o aprender español es una ventaja ;o) Las visitas están disponibles en cualquier momento, solo contáctame, Nico :o)
Ich vermiete hier mein Zimmer für 4 Monate, da ich auf Reisen sein werde (daher ist eine offizielle Anmeldung nicht möglich). Das Zimmer ist modern und gemütlich, ausgestattet mit einem Bett (1,40m), einem Kleiderschrank und einigen schönen Pflanzen. Du hast kostenloses WLAN in der gesamten Wohnung. Die gesamte Wohnung geht zum Innenhof hinaus und ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und grün, und du findest viele Parks in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ab Bundesplatz ist perfekt (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus, Autobahnzugang). Du wirst die Wohnung mit meiner guten und lieben Freundin Lu aus Argentinien teilen, daher ist Spanisch sprechen oder lernen ein Plus ;o) Besichtigungen sind jederzeit möglich, kontaktiere mich einfach, Nico :o)
