Der Preis versteht sich monatlich inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ-Gebühren). Waschmaschine, Gefrier- und Kühlschrank sowie Hausrat sind vorhanden.
Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass du nichts mehr besorgen musst, um direkt kochen zu können.

From the 1.11.2024 two free rooms are available in our shared flat in Wilmersdorf.
The rooms have the following details:
Room 1 - 9 m² - 670€
Room 5 - 26 m² - 780€ with terrace
The rooms are modernly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. Each room has its own desk with desk chair.
The monthly price includes all utilities (heating, electricity, internet, GEZ fees). Washing machine, freezer and fridge as well as household goods are available.
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't have to buy anything to be able to cook straight away.
