Das Zimmer ist das größte Schlafzimmer der Wohnung, es hat Fenster zum Süden, mit Blick auf die Straße und Bäume. Der Boden besteht aus Holzparkett. Die Möbel im Bild gehören alle der Person, die gerade auszieht, eigenes Mobiliar für das Zimmer ist also notwendig. Es ist direkt neben unserem Wohnzimmer mit Sofaecke und großem Esstisch.
Bild 2 ist ein Foto des Zimmers, 3-4 der Küche, 5-8 des Wohnzimmers, 9 des Flurs und 10 des Badezimmers.

Der nächste Edeka ist 6 Minuten entfernt, Aldi ist direkt nebenan und 10 Minuiten zu Fuß oder 2 Bus-Stationen weiter ist Zehlendorf Eiche mit großem Edeka und Rewe, Dm, usw. Eine französische Bäckerei befindet sich direkt unten im Haus.
In 3 Minuten lassen sich die Buslinien M48, X11 und 101 erreichen und in 6 Minuten die S-Bahn (S1). Die Silberlaube der FU ist von hier keine 10 Minuten mit dem Bus!

The nearest Edeka is 6 minutes away, Aldi is right next door and by a 10 minutes walk or 2 bus stops you can reach Zehlendorf Eiche with a large Edeka and Rewe, Dm, etc. There is a French bakery downstairs.
The bus lines M48, X11 and 101 can be reached in 3 minutes and the S-Bahn (S1) in 6 minutes. The Silberlaube of the FU is less than 10 minutes from here by bus!

Die Leute, die bereits hier wohnen, sind: Crow (es/ihn, Psychologie-Nerd und Künstler), Spike (es/ihn, Gothpunk, immer auf der Suche nach neuen Bands), Moss (viele Pronomen, Gamer und fischbegeistert) und Minos (er/sie, der Kuhschädel in unserem Wohnzimmer. Zahlt keine Miete).
Es ist nicht unüblich, dass wir Freunde hier haben, zusammen Brettspiele spielen, einen Filmabend veranstalten, an der Hitze leiden, Musik hören, oder einfach nebeneinander herexistieren. Allerding haben wir alle mal Phasen, in denen wir kaum außerhalb unseres Zimmers zu sehen sind (einfach ein noramler Teil des Lebens hier).
Wir sind schon eine ganze Weile sehr gut miteinander befreundet und suchen eine Person, mit der ein freundschaftliches Zusammenwohnen hier möglich ist.

The people who live here are: Crow (it/its, psychology-obsessed, prince of hell), Spike (it/its, gothpunk, mortal enemies with gravity), Moss (many pronouns, many sharks, moss king w long distance werewolf) and Minos (he/she, a cow skull mounted onto the living room wall, does not pay rent).
On a normal day we might invite friends over, play board games (big living room!), watch a movie (our favorite is "jesus christ vampire hunter"), suffer in the heat, listen to music, or mill about. Though we all also have phases of withdrawing and being alone for days on end. It's normal.
We've all been friends for quite a while now and are looking for someone with whom a friendly coexistence is possible.
Wir suchen ein Mitbewohni, das klar kommunizieren kann, ohne gemein zu werden, nicht extrem viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legt, und Lust hat, nicht nur neben uns her-, sondern auch mit uns zusammenzuzwohnen.
