I am a single parent, a recent graduate and looking for a full-time job. Living a cozy life with my 8 years old son. I recently got a big apartment which is not necessary for us. My landlord is my friend and allowed me to choose a flatmate (if I want any). I would definitely like a calm, quiet and clean girl (any age) to share my flat with.
But as I am a bit reserve or conserve person as well as living with my kid, I have some conditions here.
*No party, no guests allowed.
*No loud music or talking.
*Garden area is restricted for you.
About the apartment:
*Schlachtensee lake is 2 minutes away 🥳
* 1 big + 1 small room on the ground floor (that's completely mine)
* 1 big (sunny)+1 small room (without window) + toilet +shower in the basement (completely yours).
So, despite we'll be a flatmate, we'll live kinda detached.
*The apartment is not furnished.
About my kiddo: he's very calm and sweet boy prefers to live on his own. You don't have to be a child lover to be around him. He's very busy even on weekends with his school and extra curriculur activities.
So if you are a tidy and respectful person needing a quiet place to stay, wanting to accept those conditions, please contact me. If we can go well, you may stay even for a longer time.
