Hey! Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für ein Zimmer in unserer WG! Das Zimmer ist durch seine Lage im 5. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden!) immer hell, selbst an nebligen Tagen, und bietet eine schöne Sicht ins ruhige und grüne Wohngebiet rein.
Es befindet sich in einer Wohnung im Studentendorf Schlachtensee. Theoretisch ist es also mit allem, was man so braucht möbliert, man kann aber auch eigene Sachen mitbringen und die Möbel einlagern! So hat euer Vormieter es zum Beispiel mit seinem Bett gemacht.
Hey! We are looking for a new roommate for a room in our shared apartment!
Thanks to its location on the 5th floor (elevator available!), the room is always bright, even on foggy days, and offers a beautiful view of the quiet and green residential area. It is part of an apartment in the Student Village Schlachtensee. In theory, it is furnished with everything you need, but you can also bring your own furniture and store the existing ones! That’s what the previous tenant did with their bed, for example.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Aldi und einen Edeka, was für spontane Einkäufe immer sehr gut ist. Die Bushaltestelle Studentendorf Schlachtensee ist ebenfalls vor der Tür - von hier bist du in wenigen Minuten bei S Mexikoplatz, U Krumme Lanke oder S Wannsee, und damit gut angebunden an die Stadt. Insbesondere bei der FU ist man schnell. Ansonsten ist das Studentendorf in einem schönen Wohngebiet und in der Nähe der schönsten Seen Berlins; insbesondere der Schlachtensee! Hier kann man im Winter schön spazieren gehen und im Sommer lange Badetage verbringen!
Right in front of the building, there is an Aldi and an Edeka, which is super convenient for spontaneous shopping trips. The bus stop "Studentendorf Schlachtensee" is also right at the door – from here, you can reach S Mexikoplatz, U Krumme Lanke, or S Wannsee in just a few minutes, giving you great connections to the city. It’s especially convenient for getting to FU quickly. Besides that, the Student Village is located in a lovely residential area and close to some of the most beautiful lakes in Berlin – especially Schlachtensee! In winter, it’s great for walks, and in summer, you can enjoy long swimming days there!
Wir, das sind Luca, Amelie, Basti, Anna und Tillmann. Wir sind eine große und familiäre WG! Uns ist ein guter und offener Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig. Generell verbringen wir gern und viel Zeit miteinander, ob in der Küche beim Spiele spielen oder gemeinsamen Lernen, beim Spazieren, Kochen, Serie schauen oder beim Ausgehen und Feiern! Uns ist aber auch klar, dass man dafür nicht immer die Lust und Energie haben kann und jede*r braucht mal Zeit und Ruhe für sich, das ist dann natürlich gar kein Ding.
We are Luca, Amelie, Basti, Anna, and Tillmann – a big and close-knit shared flat! Having a good and open relationship with each other is really important to us. We generally enjoy spending a lot of time together, whether playing games in the kitchen, studying together, going for walks, cooking, watching series, or going out and partying! But of course, we also understand that sometimes you just need time and space for yourself, and that’s totally fine.
