Hallo!

Mein Name ist Max, 23 Jahre alt aus Frankreich. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer WG in Friedrichshain oder Mitte, vorzugsweise im Bereich Samariterviertel, Lansberger Allee, Alexanderplatz für ein Budget von 750€ max warm und für langfristige, wenn verfügbar, ab ende abril.

Ich arbeite derzeit in einem Restaurant in Kreuzberg (Le Bretagne, Marheineke Markthalle).

Ich bin Musikproduzent und DJ und organisiere mit meinem Kollektiv Veranstaltungen in einigen Berliner Clubs. Mach dir keine Sorgen wegen der Partys, die werden immer außerhalb der Wohnung stattfinden ;)

Außerdem trainiere ich 3-4 Mal pro Woche, um mich diszipliniert und in Form zu halten. Ich würde gerne eine Wohnung in der Nähe meines Fitnessstudios in der Landsberger Allee finden. Der Zugang zur SBahn und den vielen Straßenbahnen sowie den Geschäften (Lebensmittel) ist ein sehr großer Vorteil.

Ich bin ruhig und mag es, meinen Raum sauber und ordentlich zu halten.

My name is Max, 23 years old from France. I’m looking for a flatshare in Friedrichshain or Mitte, preferably in the area of Samariterviertel, Lansberger Allee, Alexanderplatz for a budget of 750€ max warm and for long term if available, from the end of April.

I currently work in a restaurant in Kreuzberg (Le Bretagne, Marheineke Markthalle).

I’m a music producer and DJ, and I organise events with my collective in some Berliner clubs. Don’t worry about the partying part, it will always be out of the apartment ;)

I also workout 3-4 times a week to keep myself disciplined and in shape. I’d like to find a housing close to my gym located in Landsberger Allee. The access to the SBahn and the multiple trams as well as the shops (groceries) is a very good asset.

I’m calm and like to keep my space clean and tidy.
