Also one important thing is that I’m from Ukraine and currently taking immigration courses which are provided by government, also all my needs are supported by government. It means that the rental of the room would be paid by them. So I’m looking for a landlord who’s not mind of setting the agreement on these circumstances. The rental would like to start from August.
