In our central 3-bedroom flat in Berlin-Mitte, two bright and cozy rooms are becoming available. One room is approx. 12 m², ideal for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The second one is larger, around 18 m², perfect if you want more space. The flat is freshly renovated, located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The rooms have wooden floors, high ceilings, and large windows. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen and a washing machine.
Location:
The flat is located at Schillingstraße 29, just a 3-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. Public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram) is right outside the door. The area is filled with shops, bars, cafés, gyms, restaurants, Spätis, and everything you need for everyday life.
WG Life:
Currently in the flat is Kim (22), a relaxed and creative student from France. She’s looking for flatmates who are open-minded, respectful, and kind. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and appreciate people from creative or alternative scenes. If you’re into art, music, culture, or just good vibes – you’ll feel at home here. In unserer zentralen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte werden zwei helle und gemütliche Zimmer frei. Ein Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß – ideal für Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Zimmer ist größer (ca. 18 m²) und bietet mehr Platz. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, liegt im 1. OG mit Aufzug. Die Zimmer haben Holzboden, hohe Decken und große Fenster. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Waschmaschine.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schillingstraße 29, nur 3 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram) sind direkt um die Ecke. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars, Fitnessstudios, Restaurants, Spätis – alles, was man braucht.
WG-Leben:
Aktuell wohnt Kim (22), eine entspannte und kreative Studentin aus Frankreich, in der WG. Sie sucht Mitbewohner*innen, die offen, freundlich und respektvoll sind. Die WG ist LGBTQ+ freundlich und richtet sich gern an Menschen aus kreativen oder alternativen Szenen. Wer Kunst, Musik, Kultur oder einfach gute Vibes mag, ist hier genau richtig.
