In unserer 3er WG wird über die Sommermonate ein Zimmer frei, von Ende Juni bis Ende September - die genauen Daten können wir gerne gemeinsam abstimmen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß und dank des großen Fensters sehr hell. Da das Fenster zur Hinterseite des Hauses rausgeht, ist es gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig.
Gerne stellen wir dir das Zimmer (teil)möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch & Stuhl, Kleiderstange) zur Verfügung, du kannst aber auch gerne eigene Möbel mitbringen, wenn du möchtest.

A room will be available in our shared flat for 3 people over the summer months, from the end of June to the end of September - we can agree the exact dates together. The room is approx. 14 square metres in size and very bright thanks to the large window. As the window faces the back of the house, it is also pleasantly quiet.
We are happy to provide you with the room (partially) furnished (bed, desk & chair, clothes rail), but you are also welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish.

Die WG liegt am südlichen Ende von Moabit, ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Spree entfernt. Durch Nähe zur U-Bahn (ca. 8 min zu Fuß - Turmstraße), S-Bahn (ca. 15 min zu Fuß zur Ringbahn an der Haltestelle Beusselstraße sowie zu S-Bahn Haltestelle Bellevue), verschiedene Buslinien und die M10 (Tram) kommt man gut in andere Teile Berlins. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit Bus, Tram oder Fahrrad in 10 bis 15 min zu erreichen. Im großen Tiergarten ist man laufend oder mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 min.
Im Umkreis von 5 - 10 min Fußweg findet ihr einen Rewe, einen Penny, einen Netto, ein Kaufland, und diverse Spätis. Gleiches gilt für Drogerien. Außerdem gibt es im Umkreis von 10 min zu Fuß drei Fitnessstudios.
Auf kulinarischer Seite gibt es in der Nähe verschiedenste Cafés, Restaurants, und Bäckereien.

The flat is located at the southern end of Moabit, approx. 10 min walk from the Spree. The proximity to the underground (approx. 8 min walk - Turmstraße station), tram, S-Bahn (approx. 15 min walk to the Ringbahn at Beusselstraße as well as Bellevue station) and various bus lines make it easy to get to other parts of Berlin. The main station can be reached by bus or bike in 10 to 15 minutes. The large Tiergarten can be reached by foot or bicycle in about 10 minutes.
Within a 5-10 minute walk you will find a Rewe, a Penny, a Netto, a Kaufland, and various Spätis. The same applies to drugstores. There are also three gyms within a 10-minute walk.
On the culinary side, there are various cafés, restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Colin und ich (Jonathan) sind beide nach dem Studium nach Berlin gezogen und leben seit ca. 2,5 Jahren hier. Wir sind 26 und 28, beide berufstätig, und suchen idealerweise nach jemandem in einem grob ähnlichen Alter, der oder die auch bereits (mehr oder weniger) im Arbeitsleben angekommen ist bzw. Verständnis dafür hat, dass unter Woche abends nicht so viel Action in der Wohnung ist ;) . Cool wäre es außerdem, wenn du Lust auf eine WG hast, in der man nicht nur nebeneinander herlebt, sondern auch mal was gemeinsam unternimmt.

Colin and I (Jonathan) both moved to Berlin after finishing uni and have been living here for about 2.5 years. We are 26 and 28, both working, and are ideally looking for someone of a roughly similar age who has also already (more or less) arrived in working life and/or understands that there is not so much action in the flat during the week in the evenings ;) . It would also be cool if you fancy a flat share where you don't just live next door to each other, but also do things together.
Besichtigungen können wir gerne relativ spontan vereinbaren - gerne lernen wir dich in Person kennen, können aber ein Kennenlernen auch gerne per Video Call machen, falls du aktuell nicht in Berlin sein solltest.
