Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist durch zwei große Fenster sehr hell. Durch die Dachschräge ist es auch etwas größer als die angegebenen 14m2. Das Zimmer ist teilmobiliert. Es gibt ein Bett inklusive Matratze, ein Sofa, zwei Stühle und einen kleinen weißen Schrank.

The room is on the top floor and is very bright thanks to two large windows. The sloping roof also makes it a little larger than the stated 14m2. The room is partially furnished. There is a bed including mattress, a sofa, two chairs and a small white closet.
Das Haus findet sich innerhalb eines Viertels von Einfamilienhäusern, nur 10 Minuten mit einem Metro-Bus vom S- und U-Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau entfernt. Und zur Haltestelle läuft man vom Haus auch nur 3 Minuten. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es den Kiesteich und auch den Hahneberg in der Nähe und man ist auch nicht allzuweit vom Wald entfernt.
Es gibt zwei Bäcker in der Nähe (max. 5 Minuten entfernt) genauso wie verschiedene Supermärkte und ein Rossmann. An der Hauptstraße finden sich auch einige Lokale (Dönerladen, Pizzeria, Burgerladen und auch eine Pub-Lounge-Bar).

The house is located in a neighborhood of single-family homes, just 10 minutes by metro bus from the Rathaus Spandau S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. And the stop is only a 3-minute walk from the house. For nature lovers, there is the Kiesteich and the Hahneberg nearby and you are not too far from the forest.
There are two bakeries nearby (max. 5 minutes away) as well as various supermarkets and a Rossmann. There are also a few restaurants on the main street (kebab shop, pizzeria, burger shop and also a pub lounge bar).
Du wirst mit Celine(26), Jasmine(29) und Priya(27) zusammen wohnen. Celine arbeitet in einem Notarbüro und ist vorallem nachmittags/abends zuhause mit ihr wirst du dir auch das Bad teilen. Jasmine arbeitet als Nanny und deshalb zu sehr unterschiedlichen Zeiten zuahause aber auch viel unterwegs. Priya hat gerade ihre Masterarbeit abgegeben. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und offen.
Jasmine kommt aus Amerika und Priya aus Indien. Die beiden sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch. Also wenn das alles zu dir passt dann melde dich gerne:)

You will live with Celine (26), Jasmine (29) and Priya (27).
Celine works in a notary's office and is mainly at home in the afternoons/evenings. You will also share the bathroom with her. Jasmine works as a nanny and is therefore at home at very different times but also out and about a lot.
Priya has just submitted her master's thesis. Life in the shared flat is very relaxed and open.

Ich bin zurzeit auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung und kann deshalb nicht genau sagen wann das Zimmer frei wird aber es wird wahrscheinlich im Laufe des Januars 2025 sein:) also wenn du zeitlich ein bisschen flexibel bist dann schreib mir gerne einfach direkt über WG-Gesucht und ich melde mich dann für einen möglichen Besichtigungstermin:)
