My roommate is moving out in February, and the room will be available starting March. A short-to-mid term stay is preferable, around 6 months to a year. However, if we get along really well, we can do a long-term arrangement.
About the apartment
I am offering a room in my apartment, available from March.
The apartment is located near Richard-Wagner-Platz in Charlottenburg.
The location is well connected and very quiet, and the area is super clean and safe. There are two parks nearby:
• Schloss Charlottenburg, just 5 minutes by bike/bus (or 20 minutes on foot). In the summer, there’s the Sommerkino, and in the winter, a Christmas market.
• Tiergarten, my favorite spot because I love biking there, is also nearby.
Transportation is very convenient:
• 9 minutes’ walk to the U-Bahn U7
• 15 minutes to the U2
• 6 minutes’ walk to the M45 bus, which comes every 5 minutes
• 5 minutes’ walk to the M245 bus

About me
I’m a 31-year-old woman, friendly, and I believe in kindness and openness toward others. My work requires frequent travel, and when I work in Berlin, it’s not remote, so I can be often away.
When I’m home, it would be nice to spend time together if possible—whether it’s cooking together, doing movie nights (I have a TV in my room), or having dinner together and a drink in the kitchen. Bonus if you’re into fitness, as I’d love a gym/workout buddy!
That said, I also value personal space and independence, so it’s definitely not a must.
About the room
The room is fully furnished, and the kitchen and bathroom are also well-equipped. I constantly keep adding new things to make the living space as comfortable and convenient as possible.
The room includes:
• A metal bed (140×200, big enough for two people)
• A work desk with a chair
• A 3-door wardrobe with a mirror
• An extra storage wardrobe
Since the pictures were taken, I’ve also added curtains and a small carpet to the room.
All furniture is from IKEA and in great condition.

Ich bin 31, oft beruflich unterwegs und suche eine respektvolle, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin. Gemeinsame Zeit (z. B. Kochen, Filmabende) ist möglich, aber kein Muss.
