The room's size is 20 sqm, with two big windows facing the courtyard.
It contains a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a sofa.
It could be rented unfurnished if possible, or you can buy the furniture (based on agreement).
Very quiet during the day. Windows are well isolated.
Only 3 mins walk to Sbahn (S41, S42, S85, S8), Ubahn (U2), tram (M1), and a bus stop. Very well connected to the whole city.
Only 3 mins walk Schönhauser Allee Arcaden mall.
Supermarkets: Netto and Rewe are 2-minute walk distance from the apartment. Lidl, Aldi, and Penny are 5 mintues by tram.
Fitness studio: Fitness First is 2-minute walk distance.
A lot of cafes and restaurants are nearby.
Only two persons in the flat. The rooms are well separated. You can meet the othe tenant when you visit the flat.
The kitchen and the dining room are shared between both.
The building has German + international neighbours. They're very friendly.
Students or workers are welcome to take over the room.
I am looking for someone to take over the contract from me and become the new hauptmieter. You will have a direct contract with the landlord (a company in Karlshorst).
