I am a film director from Berlin. With my female friend Tutsku a programmer student and the editor of my films Denys we just moved to a beautiful 190sqm apartment in the heart of area Tempelhof. Our apartment has 3 balconys (one is only for you), 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. We rent out a comfortable and super beautiful 20 sqm room which we just fully renovated.
We flexible people, like to dance and have friends over for a drink.
Your furnished room has underfloor heat which feels just amazing in winter times. Including in the rent is all you need: WiFi, towels, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water and a cleaning woman (which cleans your room once a month).
My home is surrounded by culinary (and pricy!) restaurants and not far from Tempelhofer Feld (the huge old airport which is a park now) and most hip bars of Mehringdamm, Kreuzberg.
It’s the 4th floor (no elevator) so the apartment has a beautiful view, on both sides are bright windows and there is so much space to enjoy. You can work in the living room, or have a bath or shower in one of the two bathrooms or have a coffee in one of the two kitchens or in the sun in one of the three balconies :)
There is the option for registration (Anmeldung) in my apartment if you need to.
