In meiner WG wird für einen Monat ein Zimmer frei (24. Juli - 31. August für 650€). Das Zimmer (25 qm) ist Teil einer schönen, hellen zwei Zimmer Wohnung in Friedrichshain (Landsberger Allee), hat einen gemütlichen Balkon zum Innenhof und sonst auch alles, was man braucht (Badewanne, Waschmaschine, etc.). Da ich Ende Juli ausziehe, ist das Zimmer für die Zeit leider unmöbliert.

Hello together,
A room in my shared flat is available for one month (24. July - 31. August for 650€). The room (25 sqm) is part of a nice, bright two-room flat in Friedrichshain (Landsberger Allee), has a cosy balcony facing the inner courtyard and everything else you need (bathtub, washing machine, etc.). As I am moving out at the end of July, the room is unfortunately unfurnished for the time being.
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain an der Landsberger Allee. Direkt gegenüber ist der schöne, große Volkspark. Ansonsten ist auch alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. ÖPNV, Supermärkte, Drogerie usw..

The flat is located in Friedrichshain on Landsberger Allee. There is a beautiful, large Volkspark directly across the street. Apart from that, everything is in the close neighbourhood. Public transport, supermarkets, drugstore, etc.
Mein Mitbewohner Taufiq wäre in der Zeit dein Mitbewohner und ich würde mich freuen wenn eine Person mit ihm wohnt, die offen, Ehrlich und Zuverlässig ist und respektvoll kommuniziert. Taufiq studiert zur Zeit Architektur an der UdK, engagiert sich sehr für Solidarität und Gleichheit und ist der liebevollste und tollste Mitbewohner den ich je hatte. Er ist viel unterwegs, aber für ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder einen Plausch auf den Balkon ist er immer zu haben.

My roommate Taufiq would be your roommate for the time being and I would be happy if a person who is open, honest and reliable and communicates respectfully would live with him. Taufiq is currently studying architecture at the UdK, is very committed to solidarity and equality and is the most loving and great roommate I have ever had. He is often out and about, but he is always in for a dinner together or a chat on the balcony.
