Es gibt ein großes möbliertes Zimmer in einem Altbau mit Dielenboden im Hochparterre. Es ist also nicht besonders sonnig, dafür hat man Platz und eine wirklich tolle Umgebung vor der Tür.
There is a large furnished room in an old building with wooden floors on the raised ground floor. So it is not particularly sunny, but you have space and a really great environment on your doorstep.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés, Supermärkte sowie der Kanal zum spazieren, Flohmarkt, der Görlitzer Park sowie die U-Bahn Stationen Kottbusser Tor, Görlitzer Bahnhof sowie Schönleinstrasse sind alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The location is unbeatable. Restaurants, bars and cafés, supermarkets, the canal for strolling, flea market, Görlitzer Park and the subway stations Kottbusser Tor, Görlitzer Bahnhof and Schönleinstrasse are all just a few minutes' walk away.
Aus verschieden Gründen habe ich für einen begrenzten Zeitraum ein Zimmer übrig. Ich selbst arbeite als Psychotherapeut und bin oft arbeiten aber auch gern zu Hause. Haustiere habe ich noch nicht aber wenn du eins hast ist das nicht schlimm.
For various reasons, I have a room available for a limited period of time. I work as a psychotherapist and am often at work, but I also like to be at home. I don't have any pets yet, but if you do, that's not a problem.
Für mich musst du keine besonderen Bedingungen erfüllen. Ein bisschen Ordnung/Sauberkeit wär super aber ich freu mich wenn das ohne Putzplan klappt. Das Zimmer ist für 1-3 Monate mit etwas Spielraum verfügbar aber das können gern wir persönlich besprechen, Fotos lasse ich euch gerne privat zukommen.
You don't have to meet any special conditions for me. A bit of order/cleanliness would be great but I'm happy if it works without a cleaning schedule. The room is available for 1-3 months with some flexibility but we can discuss that in person. I'd be happy to send you photos privately.
